How to Record Flirt4Free with CaptureGem

Record Flirt4Free in 5 steps

Free to start, and the same steps on Windows, macOS and Linux.

   Step 1: Install CaptureGem

   CaptureGem is free to download and use, with no account needed. Download CaptureGem for Windows, macOS or Linux and open the desktop app.

   Use the latest release for the most recent Flirt4Free fixes.

   Step 2: Find the model's name

   Example link

   https://www.flirt4free.com/?model=model-name

   Open the model's room. Their name is in the address after ?model=.

   Flirt4Free names are lowercase with hyphens between words, and CaptureGem needs that exact form: model-name works, while Model Name or Model-Name won't.

   The names and numbers in these examples are placeholders; use the ones from the real page.

   Step 3: Add the stream

   Go to the Record tab and paste a link containing ?model= into Enter URL or Username in the Add Stream panel; CaptureGem selects Flirt4Free and reads the name from the link. Or pick Flirt4Free under Select Website and type the name. Other Flirt4Free links don't include the name, so type it rather than pasting those.

   Keep Monitor Only switched off so the stream is saved, then click Add Stream.

   Step 4: Check the recording status

   While the model is in a public show, the row switches to Recording once CaptureGem has connected to the room, which takes a few more steps on Flirt4Free than on most sites. Otherwise you'll see:

   Offline

   The model's room isn't open to the public.

   Errored

   An error saying "username not found or offline" means the name isn't in Flirt4Free's list of live models, which is where CaptureGem looks. The model is offline or the name is misspelled.

   Hover over a status for more detail, such as the reason behind an Errored status.

   Step 5: Find your recording

   When a recording finishes, CaptureGem converts it into a video file; long recordings can take a little while. Open the Review tab to play, trim, tag or delete it, or click Open Video Folder on the Record tab.

   Recordings are MP4 files by default. With Premium, each file runs up to 60 minutes by default and auto-record starts the next one straight away. You can change the save location, the file length (Cap Video Segments at Duration (Minutes)) and the container in Settings.
